Vibrant images and variable graphics from an affordable box and bag printer
No other box and bag printer does quite as much when it comes to short-run packaging printing. The Colordyne 2600 Series Overprinter is a digital print module (DPM), powered by Memjet technology, that easily mounts to mail tables and other conveyor systems.
Print on various types of packaging material with ease such as flat objects like boxes or bags, and even thick objects like blister packs, bubble envelopes, folded boxes, bubble wrap and even wood at up to 50 millimeters thick. Add brilliant four color graphics and variable data to your packaging, shipping, and mailing materials all in one pass with speeds at 30 or 60 feet per minute and up to 1600 x 1600 dpi resolution.
Ease of use is enhanced by automatic print head cleaning, an on-board job library, and easy access to all vital components. The Colordyne 2600 Series Overprinter system comes ready to run out-of-the-box within hours.
The Colordyne 2600 Series Overprinter is a rugged, production-ready solution for printing packaging such as boxes, envelopes and bags in high resolution color. See what one of Colordyne’s high resolution packaging printers can do for you when you bring digital printing in-house.
The Colordyne 2600 Series Overprinter can accommodate materials as wide as 19 inches when the DPM is paired with the standard HSA conveyor mailing table (pictured). The Colordyne 2600 Series Overprinter can also accept material widths up to 39.375 inches when the DPM is paired with the wide conveyor table option. Alternatively, the Colordyne 2600 Series Overprinter’s DPM can also be retrofitted with an existing conveyor system that can potentially accept even wider materials. When using the standard HSA conveyor mailing table (19-inch acceptable width), the flexible positioning system allows the DPM to move up to 16 inches outward from the base for printing a wide variety of sizes and shapes.
