We own both the standard L801 rewinder and this large capacity rewinder (we have two L801s). Both rewinders work well for most of our applications, but if you print a lot of narrow width labels and use an applicator, then it might be worth noting that the large capacity rewinder produces a cleaner/tighter finished roll which we require for our applicator. I’m not sure if most people would be as picky as us, but it was worth the extra money for our operation.
